Core Strength Vinyasa yoga (CSV) is an empowering core integrated vinyasa based style of yoga
In this workshop we will explore the Deep Core line as we draw in to express out and back off to go deeper.

Then this workshop is for you !!!
There will be yoga, there will be theory, there will be smiles and laughter!
The workshop will end with an inspired Yin yoga and yoga Nidra session.
💜This intimate studio only holds a maximum of 6
The studio supplies mats, blankets, bolster and block so you just need to turn up with an open mind.
Please bring a healthy snack and water
