Penny’s warmth and energy oozes through two wonderfully different yoga styles. Penny will instruct you through a Core Strength Vinyasa (CSV) yoga practice where you will be taken on a journey of joyful empowerment, a transformation of connection between body and movement. Penny will also guide you through an inspired relaxation and yoga Nidra session, a connection of mind-body,  promoting deeper relaxation, better sleep and lower stress.

Sara’s deep passion for holistic health and empathetic nature runs through her Revitalise your Life workshop that will connect you to the determinants of your personal health & wellbeing and enable you to examine your relationship with life. You will leave with a deeper understanding of, and connection to yourself, knowing what you can change to make the most signifiant positive impact.
